CARS provides a service called IBEAM™ (Internet Based Electronic Asset Management), the only Web based technology for the tracking and recovery of assets for Banks and Dealers.

Most lending institutions write off losses between 1% and 5% of revenues on their books for non-performing assets. These are defined into various loan groups including Real Estate, commercial, and consumer loans. The process has traditionally been paper based requiring an enormous amount of administrative resources from the banks and dealers. Our goal is to provide a service to help lower the write off loses for Banks/Dealers while lowering the administrative burden associated with asset recovery.

Banks and Dealers simply submit the case for an asset to be recovered and CARS manages from there. At any time the Bank/Dealers can get up to date information on that case through CARS secure Web Portal I-BEAM™. Once the asset is recovered CARS will post it on our EZ-Auction site to get the highest value for the asset by exposing it to a large network of dealers.
